I was most impressed with the fact that…I never had to wait to speak with someone and I spoke with real people in the USA, not someone in some far-off land. Secondly, it didn't matter who I spoke with, be it the VP or anyone in CS, they were all helpful, pleasant, and competent. Glad I moved my IRA to BitcoinIRA!
